Digital Product Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the secure download link has been generated and sent to your email.

Exceptions

We only issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases of the exact same product within 24 hours.
• Technical inability to access or download the file due to an error on our servers, provided you have contacted our support and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Manual UPI Payments

For orders placed via Manual UPI Transfer, if your payment is rejected due to an invalid screenshot, invalid UTR, or incomplete transfer, the order will be marked as rejected. If money was deducted from your account, you must contact your bank. If we receive a delayed payment for a rejected order, we will issue a manual refund or grant access at our discretion.
